Preparation
Combine cooked bacon, jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place 2 tablespoons of filling on an egg roll wrapper, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
Repeat rolling process with remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat vegetable oil in a fryer or pot to 350°F (180°C).
Fry egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy, avoiding overcrowding.
Drain fried egg rolls on paper towels and serve hot with desired dipping sauce.
